Did not receive what I ordered

Purchase I made online was not entirely delivered.
I ordered tier tray with riser set but only received tier tray. Riser set was not in the box. I reached out over issue and then was told I did not purchase riser set however I did purchase it. Issue still has not been resolved.
Tier tray has some cracks in it wood as well.
The amount of money I spent and did not receive all of my order is quite upsetting.
Still waiting on response back from email I sent on issue that has not been resolved.
